Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required for all new client appointments.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule after this window, you will forfeit your deposit.
No shows will be required to pay remaining 50% of appointment cost prior to rescheduling, in addition to a new 50% deposit for a future appointment.
No refunds, no exceptions.
